Dr. LeRoy Bailey III is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Brakah Enterprises, LLC, an independent, multi-faceted holding company based in West Hartford, Connecticut. Brakah Enterprises is the parent company of several innovative ventures, including:

• LB3 Entertainment, LLC

With a strong focus on business strategy, media production, and creative empowerment, Dr. Bailey leads Brakah as a forward-thinking enterprise dedicated to elevating communities through faith-informed entrepreneurship, the arts, and economic development.

In addition to his work with Brakah Enterprises, Dr. Bailey also serves as Executive Pastor of The First Cathedral in Bloomfield, CT, and consults independently with nonprofits and small businesses across the country.
